About Sonja
Sonja was born and raised in California but has spent the last 30 years moving all around the world. She is an Air Force veteran and was an AF spouse for 20 years. Along with her ex-husband/real estate partner, she has helped many families buy and sell their starter, temporary, or dream homes. She brings both a fierce determination and encouraging hand to help guide her customers on their journey. Sonja has 3 dogs, 2 children, and 2 grandsons. Along with her love of travel she enjoys crafts, and reading.

At our listing appointment I will go over the entire process, explaining and answering any questions you have. From there we determine what steps need to be taken to prepare your home for sale. We go over the property from roof to landscaping to put our best foot forward. A professional home cleaning and photos are done to ensure a picture perfect presentation. After that I will market the property out to several websites, groups, colleagues, papers, online marketplaces, and everyone in line at the grocery store. Multiple open houses as well as broker only tours will happen to ensure your property is showcased at the highest level.
I communicate with my customers in the manner they choose. Some prefer face to face, while others like exclusively text based communication. I tailor my style to best fit your needs.
